Beyond 360 Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Beyond 360, we strive to provide high-quality event services, products, and mentorship experiences. By booking or purchasing with us, you agree to the following terms:
Event Services
A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure all event bookings, including but not limited to:

360 photo booth rentals

Marquee letters/numbers
-
Balloon décor
-
Backdrops
-
Inflatable venue rentals

Event planning services
The remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Booth Sales & Dropshipping
All photo booth equipment sales are considered custom business purchases. Due to supplier processing and fulfillment, all sales are final once the order has been submitted to production or shipment preparation.
Beyond 360 is not responsible for:

shipping delays

customs delays
-
freight carrier delays
-
manufacturer backorders
Mentorship & Digital Services
All mentorship, coaching, consultation, and digital educational services are non-refundable once access, materials, or sessions have been provided.
Damage Policy
Clients may be held financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to rented equipment during the rental period.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Beyond 360 provides both event services and physical product fulfillment for photo booth equipment and related items.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days depending on supplier inventory and order volume.
